When you rent a wedding tent in Zurich from us, you get the tent, wooden floor, tables, chairs and lighting from one source. Our fabric tents are sewn in Switzerland, waterproof and hold 50 to 300 guests. Before we set up, we come and look at the site, whether it is a lakeside garden on Lake Zurich or a courtyard in the city. We put it up before the wedding and take it down afterwards, you take care of the party.
For 50 guests our smallest tent at 6 by 10 metres is enough, from CHF 1,850. For 80 to 120 guests you take 10 by 15 metres, from CHF 2,850. Bigger weddings celebrate in the 11 by 21 metre tent for 150 to 200 guests or the 12 by 32 metre tent for up to 300. The wooden floor is CHF 12 per square metre. If there is dancing, it is always worth it.
Many of our tents on Lake Zurich stand in private gardens right by the water. The plots are narrow, and often so is the access. Then we simply carry the material the last stretch. On top of the tent area comes the space for the guy lines, and we plan that in from the start. If your garden sits on reclaimed concession land, we check beforehand whether the canton needs to be involved.
In Zurich a tent does not count as an indoor space. In the city, quiet hours start at 10 pm, in summer time at 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. In Meilen and Erlenbach it stays at 10 pm. The City of Zurich requires a police permit for loudspeakers in a tent, even in your own garden. Submit the application at least four weeks before the wedding, you get the plan with all dimensions from us.
In 2024 we put up a wedding tent on the wooden deck of a lakeside property in Erlenbach, right above the water. The only anchor point for the guy lines was the lake wall. The guests had a clear view of the lake.
