When you rent a pavilion in Winterthur from us, we deliver it, put it up and collect it again. There are five sizes from 3 by 3 to 4 by 8 metres. The pavilions can be lined up until the whole area is covered. On hard ground and in courtyards we weigh them down with ballast. That works for a garden party, a club stand or the wedding drinks in Lindengut Park.
The smallest pavilion measures 3 by 3 metres and costs CHF 200. At 4 by 4 metres it is CHF 250, at 3 by 6 metres CHF 300. The 4 by 6 metre pavilion costs CHF 450, the largest at 4 by 8 metres CHF 550. Standing tables are CHF 25, a bar counter CHF 150.
For wedding drinks in Lindengut Park the city requires an application as soon as a pavilion, tables or chairs are involved. The same applies from more than 20 guests or with catering. The permit is not a reservation. You may not send other park visitors away, so plan an open setup with room to walk through.
A street party or a club stand on public ground needs a permit from the administrative police, phone 052 267 58 68. The city gives no fixed deadline, it says as early as possible. From 500 participants it wants a safety concept. A sketch with the pavilions and the emergency routes belongs with the application, and we draw it for you.
Our reference in the region is a wedding, not pavilions. In 2024 we put up a fabric tent on a meadow in front of the woods near Winterthur, with a wooden floor and wooden folding chairs for 80 guests. So we know the route and how to set up there as a day run.
