Rent a wedding tent in Lausanne from us with wooden floor, tables, chairs and lighting in one order. Lake Geneva is about 230 kilometres from our depot, so we fix travel and set-up in advance. The fabric tents are sewn in Switzerland, waterproof and built for 50 to 300 guests. If your site is on the slope above the lake, we look at it before we quote.
For 50 guests our smallest tent at 6 by 10 metres is enough, from CHF 1,850. With the guy lines you need an area of 8 by 12 metres for it. For 80 to 120 guests you take 10 by 15 metres, from CHF 2,850. Bigger weddings celebrate in the 11 by 21 metre tent for 150 to 200 guests or the 12 by 32 metre tent for up to 300. If the tent stands on a slope, we set the tables across the gradient. That is how we did it in 2026 at a wedding above Lake Geneva, with the front open to the lake. From Steinhausen it is about 230 kilometres, closer to three hours than two with a lorry and trailer. So everything comes in one delivery. Setting up the day before is more realistic than on the morning of the wedding.
In Lausanne quiet hours run from 10 pm to 6 am across the whole municipality. Music with the tent walls open after 10 pm is therefore a risk. Even a private party in your own garden can need a permit from the city, for example if it disturbs the neighbours or spills onto the street. The application goes in at least 30 days ahead. The forms are in French, and you get tent dimensions, floor plan and exits from us.
In 2026 we put up a wedding tent on a gentle slope above Lake Geneva. The front stayed open to the lake. The tables ran across the gradient.
