Fabric tents for Lucerne
Our fabric tents come in four sizes, from 6 by 10 metres for 50 guests to 12 by 32 metres for 300. We put them up ourselves, with wooden floor, furniture and lighting, and take them down after the party.

Rent a tent in Lucerne
Lucerne and the villages on Lake Lucerne are a good half hour away.
The tents mostly stand on meadows with a lake view. The access roads are narrow, so we check beforehand how close the lorry gets.
What we have built here
For the Luzerner Theater anniversary we turned a tent into a banquet hall for 250 guests, with wooden flooring across the whole area and chandeliers above the tables. On Lake Sarnen a tent stood with its open side straight onto the water.
About the area
Cantonal shore protection applies around the lake basin. Many parties move to the slopes above Horw and Meggen instead, where there is room and the view is better anyway.

Permits in Lucerne
In the canton of Lucerne a tent usually needs no building permit if it stands for no more than a month (§ 54 PBV). What counts is how long it stands, so from set up to take down. Anyone leaving a tent up for the season or over winter needs a building permit. In Küssnacht (SZ) and Sarnen (OW) the Lucerne rule does not apply.
