In Graubünden we build for mountain events, from Lenzerheide and Arosa to Davos and St. Moritz.
In the mountains the weather window decides. We place assembly and dismantling so both fit inside it.
On Lenzerheide our pavilions stood on the wooden deck by the lake, up in the morning and in use the same evening. For the Swiss Epic we equipped the catering zone along the race track, up and down again stage by stage.
Events here often take place above 1500 metres. Wind and quick weather changes come with it, and the access to the meadow runs over an alpine road.
Our fabric tents come in four sizes, from 6 by 10 metres for 50 guests to 12 by 32 metres for 300, from CHF 1,850. We deliver, set up and take everything down again after the event. In winter the road from Chur to the Engadine goes over the Julier, because the Albula and Flüela are closed. Away from the main routes, some roads have trailer bans and winter driving bans for lorries. So we check the access beforehand and switch to a smaller vehicle if needed.
In Graubünden a festival tent needs no building permit under the cantonal spatial planning ordinance (KRVO Art. 40) if it stands for no more than six months a year. That does not apply in hazard zones or where water bodies, groundwater protection zones or moorland are at risk. Other permits still apply, for example for public ground or serving food and drink. You get those from the municipality.
